Your Menopause Matters...

Here at Carlisle Therapies we run a Yoga for Menopause class that is tailored to your needs.  Unlike many more general yoga classes it includes specific yoga poses chosen to help you manage your menopausal symptoms.  Your class may include slower more restorative (yin) poses and breathing techniques.  Our classes are small, just 7 maximum, so if you have any specific issues that arise over the weeks, then please tell your yoga instructor.

Class Structure  Our Yoga for Menopause classes run at the same time for 5 weeks in a row, you will then have a week’s break and you will have the option to continue for the next block of 5.  This is not structured as a one off course but as a continuous support throughout your menopausal transition.

Hormone balance is the key to looking and feeling great in your 40’s, 50’s and beyond.  There are 4 main hormones that when unbalanced can contribute to the scary mayhem that may arise at menopause!
